Several grades are held in most thicknesses. Tell us the job and we will match the grade to it.

Which plywood for which job?
- Concrete formwork: 15mm shutter board or film-faced plywood. See shuttering plywood.
- Shelving and heavier furniture: 15mm or 18mm.
- Backing and light panels: 5mm.
- Decorative wall panels and door skins: 3mm veneer plywood.
- Cupboards with a smooth painted finish: consider MDF; ask us which suits the finish.
- Not sure? Tell us the job and we will suggest the board, including when a cheaper one will do.

How do I check plywood quality?
Measure the thickness with a caliper and look down the edge. A core gap shows as a dark break in a layer that should run unbroken. Every sheet on our rack can be checked before you pay.
Do you have 18mm plywood?
Yes, full 8ft × 4ft sheets in 18mm.
Do you sell plywood wholesale?
Yes. Text or call for wholesale prices on bulk orders. See wholesale.
Do you deliver plywood to site?
Yes, on our own lorries, island-wide depending on order size. Most deliveries are around Colombo and the Western Province.
Do you cut plywood to size?
No. We sell full 8ft × 4ft sheets only.
